This is interesting to me because my research only showed Kava to be helpful, along with lavender. Of course, Kava can also be dangerous which is not mentioned here.

I would be curious to know about the passionflower and L-lysine and L-arginine " appearing to be effective. I'm not sure exactly what that means.
